1. Overview

Eligible guests of TAN Resorts Marina Cap Cana receive a USD $200 resort credit per room, per stay, to spend on spa treatments, dinners and other approved resort experiences. The credit is a promotional benefit with no cash value and is applied only against charges posted to the guest’s room folio during the stay.

2. Eligibility and booking

• The offer applies only to reservations booked directly through tanresorts.com or the resort’s reservations team using the applicable promotional rate or code.
• Reservations made through third-party channels (OTAs, wholesalers, tour operators) are not eligible unless the resort confirms otherwise in writing.
• A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required.
• One (1) credit per room, per stay, regardless of the number of guests or nights. Credits cannot be combined across rooms or reservations.
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, packages or discounts unless stated.
• Subject to availability and blackout dates.

3. Where the credit can be used

The credit may be applied only at the outlets and services below, when charged to the room. Spa appointments and dinner reservations should be booked in advance with the concierge or front desk.

4. Exclusions

The credit cannot be used for:

• Room rate, deposits, upgrades or accommodation charges
• Retail and boutique purchases, including spa retail products
• Gratuities and tips
• Airport transfers, taxis or third-party tours and services
• Telephone, minibar or in-room movie charges
• Early check-in or late check-out fees
• Charges at outlets not listed in Section 3

5. How to redeem

• The credit is loaded to the room folio at check-in; guests receive confirmation from the front desk.
• Sign eligible charges to the room at the outlets listed in Section 3.
• Eligible charges are deducted from the credit automatically at check-out.
• Charges above USD $200 are paid by the guest at check-out.

The credit may be used across several visits during the same stay until the balance reaches zero.

6. Validity, taxes and service charges

• The credit is valid only during the booked stay, from check-in until check-out.
• Any unused balance expires at check-out. It is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, carried to a future stay or applied to another guest’s account.
• The credit applies to the pre-tax amount. Applicable taxes (ITBIS 18%) and the 10% legal service charge are calculated on the full value of the service and paid by the guest.
• Prices of spa treatments, menus and services may change without notice.

7. Cancellations, changes and no-shows

• If a reservation is cancelled, the credit is void.
• If the stay is shortened below the minimum nights, the credit may be removed and any amount already used charged to the guest.
• Spa appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed, will be charged against the credit at full value.
• Date changes keep the credit only if the new dates still meet the offer’s conditions.

8. General conditions

• The offer is valid for bookings made between October 2026 and October 2027. Terms are subject to change.
• The main guest must be 18 or older and present a valid ID at check-in.
• TAN Resorts reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. Reservations already confirmed will be honored under the terms valid at booking.
• Misuse or fraudulent use of the credit may result in its cancellation.
